Great Interview by Young Player

This is a fantastic example of the enthusiasm and passion shown by a player in the USA.

His team won the game but the way he expressed himself was fantastic. They knew they had a battle: they resinterviewpect the opposition; but they were prepared to get a result.

Socceroos finally win!

SocceroosHow sweet it was to see the Socceroos grab a vital win against Saudi Arabia. Not the most convincing performances but we will always cherish a win. Tim Cahill continued his great goal scoring streak and continues to be our “go to” man in front of goals.

Good to see some new faces in the squad. Chris herd looks a great addition and can only get better with more runs at Aston Villa.

Hopefully this is a good sign for the Asian Championships coming up.

Premier League begins with a bounce

The new English Premier League has started and are we in for a thrilling season.

Manchester United started where they left off with fans wondering if they have the class to be up at the top end of the table. They will always be the team everyone wants to beat. You could see the Swansea players lifting as the game went on. Even when Rooney equalised, it did not damper the enthusiasm for Swansea to press for a win.

Arsenal did it tough against some very determined opposition in Crystal Palace. Palace were playing off memory with no Manager in charge and probably it goes to prove all the hard work is done on the training paddock. The players know what to do, it is just a matter of execution.
